I take 1000mg to 3000mg/day. I have MCTD I experience pain and stiffness daily but, I think it helps, good luck!

Glad to hear the Doc was right and it just took time. 2.5 miles.... don't think I've ever ran that far, not even in middle school.

Lexapro is probably best taken at night especially if it is causing insomnia, as this is one of its side effects. Quite often these medications like many others take anywhere up to 6 weeks to take full effect but during this time you may find that...
