I have had Lupus/fibro for 20 years.
Make certain you wear your sunscreen, and a hat, and there is a product you can wash your clothes in called sun guard,to help block the sun, all of these will help you in the sun!
And make certain you only go out before 9am, and after 5 pm, in the summer time.: Summer is hard, but in the fall or spring it is much easier.
I love watching tennis, lucky you to be able to play such a great sport!
